Community Authors Annual Writing Competition

Enter the Community Authors Annual Writing Competition for your chance to win your share of $2,000 and have your work be seen by editors and agents. Winners will be chosen from each category.

One Grand Prize winner will receive:

 How to Enter
  • Copy and paste your entry into the body of an email to: Service@CommunityAuthors.com (please do not send your entry as an attachment)
  • Please include the following in the top of the email:
    • The author’s full name
    • Name used for payment, if different
    • The category of your entry
  • Pay your $45 entry fee at: CommunityAuthors.com/payment
  • Your entry must be original, in English, unpublished and unproduced, not accepted by any other publisher or producer at the time of submission. Community Authors retains one-time nonexclusive publication rights to the Grand Prize and First Place winning entries in each category to be published in a Community Authors’ publication. Entries in the Magazine Feature Article category may be previously published. Any piece posted online, anywhere other than a personal blog, is considered published. For poetry, online postings are not considered published.
  • Due to U.S. Government restrictions we are unable to accept entries from Syria, Iran, North Korea, or Sudan.
